How it is used.
When you request a conversation, we collect the name, phone number, optional email address, coverage interest, contact preference, and consent you provide. Meeting requests also include your preferred date, time, and duration. We use these details to respond and manage follow-up. A requested meeting time is pending until personally confirmed.
Contact preferences
The request form asks for consent to be contacted by your selected method. Consent is not a condition of purchasing insurance. Optional email acknowledgments are separate from marketing permission. You can withdraw a request or update preferences by calling (817) 888-2858 or emailing Legacy@chethelifeguy.com. If contacted by text, reply STOP to opt out.
Email updates
Newsletter signup collects an email address, an optional name, and your separate consent to receive educational and marketing emails. Signing up is not required to request a conversation. Email delivery begins only after the sender and newsletter settings are ready. Your signup confirmation supplies an unsubscribe link; you can also contact CaTA to update or remove a subscription. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not cancel a meeting request.
Website activity
The site counts page views and clicks on call and text links in aggregate. These counts do not identify anonymous visitors and do not confirm that a call or message was completed. No advertising tracker is included. A coverage dialog may appear once after active browsing; you can dismiss it or open it from Coverage help. A temporary browser-session preference prevents repeat prompts and stops automatic prompts when you begin a form or save a request. This preference contains no contact information. Temporary request limits help prevent spam.
Storage and access
Requests and subscriptions are stored in the site’s database. The admin workspace is temporarily available without sign-in. Anyone who opens the admin URL can view and change submitted contact details, meeting requests, subscriptions, and notes. Actions use a shared CaTA owner identity; they do not identify the visitor who made the change. We do not sell information submitted through this website. Hosting providers process it to operate the site. Keep medical records, Social Security numbers, and payment information out of the forms.

Other services
The dedicated mortgage protection website, external scheduling links, your phone or text application, and any insurer’s application use their own intake processes and privacy terms. Government contracting inquiries are handled separately through CaTA’s consulting contact.
